That's pretty sweet! Is it plastic or aluminum? Is that for the controls or the robot?

Sweet. it almost looks like you have room for a small LCD on there.. perhaps? maybe some cool controls, eye movement tracker??? voice commands, and a bi-liner think a matron majig?
